Smoky Mountain

The unique combination of Smoked, Natural and Black reed in this basket  makes a striking statement. It was inspired by visiting with friends who overlook the Smoky Mountains and admiring their vast Indian woven basket collection. This basket begins with a 9" round slotted base. Techniques used in this design are 4-rod wale, chase weave, double rim, forming heart handles and shaping. The pre-made bow with floweret center embellishment is included in the kit.
